CASE STUDY

Creating an impactful new wesbite

The challenge

Castle Cavendish manages a commercial property portfolio across Nottinghamshire, including fully serviced offices and retail space.  As a social impact company, all profits are used to support local charitable groups providing services ranging from mental health to supporting food banks.

Despite a number of attempts to refresh the website, it was felt that it failed to attract both new commercial tenants and funding applications from local charitable groups in a clear, concise and professional way.

The solution

After spending time with key staff to identify the services they wanted to highlight, as well as understanding what makes Castle Cavendish different from competitors, we built and presented a sitemap and some creative design options.

Once these were amended and agreed, we helped with content creation including copywriting and new professional photography of both the estate and staff.

As part of the project, Castle Cavendish had requested that their designated staff receive CMS training to enable them to manage the day-to-day website content in-house.  Rather than simply supplying a written how-to guide, we delivered this training across three practical and interactive sessions which were led by the developer who worked on their site.

The result

Castle Cavendish now boasts a concise website that reflects their brand values and is easy for visitors to navigate – whether they’re looking for funding support or commercial space to rent.
