How we doubled online sales leads
The challenge
Cap Coder is a leading manufacturer of capping, labelling and liquid filling machines. Their machines are used across a wide variety of applications including life sciences, food and beverage, vape and pharmaceuticals. Recognising the importance of their digital presence in generating inbound sales leads, they decided to invest in a PPC Google Ads campaign.

The solution
In order to optimise Cap Coder’s Google Ads (and ensure they were getting the most leads possible for their budget), the first thing we did was interview key customer facing staff across the organisation to understand the business and the language customers use.
We then analysed over 60 active ad campaigns that were running on their account and upgraded each one with more relevant search terms to improve visibility at the top of a Google seach results page when a potential customer was looking for their products.
We also tracked the number of enquires that came in as a direct result of the ads which enabled us to switch off those that were generating clicks from Google (and therefore had a cost), but did not result in enquiry submissions. This in turn meant there was more ad budget to allocate towards ads that the data showed were delivering leads.
The result
Within six months of taking over the Google Ads Campaign, we had more than doubled year-on-year Google Ads clicks and sales enquires.
